We accept Excel (.xlsx, .csv), PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets,
CSV/JSON exports from APIs, and direct database access (SQL).
Max 50MB per file. For larger volumes or API access, tell us by email.

What kind of data do you accept?
Almost any format:
- Spreadsheets: Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, Google Sheets (export).
- Documents: PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx).
- APIs: REST APIs, Google Analytics, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, and others.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, Snowflake — via a read-only script you run, or a direct connection with a restricted user.
- Cloud storage: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, AWS S3, Backblaze B2.
- ERP/CRM: exports from SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Odoo.
- Other: plain text logs, JSON exports, survey data, market research files.
If your data lives somewhere not listed here, tell us. We will find a way to work with it.
How much does a project cost?
Most Data Sprints range from $1,500 to $5,000. The exact price depends on data complexity, scope, and timeline. We provide a firm price in the diagnostic memo before any work begins.
How long does it take?
Typical delivery is 5 to 14 business days, depending on scope and data quality. Rush delivery is available on request.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After a Data Sprint, we offer an AI Analyst (on the PRAGMAS platform) for ongoing reporting, forecasting, and monitoring — without hiring a full-time analyst.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign a standard NDA before you share any data.
What if my data is messy?
That is normal. Data cleaning and preparation are included in every Data Sprint. We will tell you upfront if your data needs significant work and factor it into the timeline.
How do I pay?
We send a secure Stripe payment link after you approve the proposal. Pay by credit card or bank transfer.
No subscriptions, no recurring charges unless you choose a retainer.
